How Do I Use Wireless TENS Pain Relief System?

It’s simple! Clean the area with alcohol wipes, place the electrodes on the skin in the area specified by the coach and turn the device on!  Increase the intensity until it feels “itchy” for the child – just below uncomfortable.

Note: If the electrodes begin losing adhesion, gently rub one or two drops of water on the gel surface to extend usage.
